We offer a flat $5.99 shipping fee on all orders, regardless of destination.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please note:
Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after the label is created
If tracking information does not update immediately, your package is still in transit
For international orders, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at desmondclaydon@outlook.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once an order enters the processing stage, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.

If your package arrives damaged:
Send us a photo within 72 hours of arrival, and we will arrange a free replacement.
If the carrier confirms your package is lost:
we will send a replacement free of charge.
